Girling Suspension Units History

The well known oil filled Girling shocks were commonly used on most British motorcycles. They were later replaced by Gas Filled Shocks. The Girling factory was on King's Road, Birmingham.

Hagon Products was created in 1958 by ex-British Grasstrack Champion Alf Hagon. The company produced competition frames.

Hagon Shocks can be used to replace the original Girling Shocks.

Hagon Suspension units feature Progressive action springs (except 30kg/cm & above), conventional stepped spring adjuster cam-ring. Double sealed nitrogen cell, Automatic compression & rebound damping control.

Supplied in complete pairs with adjusting spanner.
